Your entitlement is showing when you ask for more content

Forum posters, what do you think it means OP isnt only missing the medals under the character name but also a mugshot?

Medals go away when they get a forum ban. (sometimes they come back, though, so some older banned accounts might have their medals back)

Portrait goes away when the game account is banned. (maybe also if the character is deleted by the user?)
