I think this is petty. We can't expect every form of media to warn people about things that may make individuals feel uncomfortable. Typically those things are in x form of media to make you feel uncomfortable. I know this may sound unreasonable to you, but you should not expect this from any form of media with the exception of things like flashing lights that can cause seizures. You are meant to go through emotions when consume media.

Best example if your Titania complaint. While you may want a trigger warning for a jump scare, that ruins the jump scare for everyone as now everyone knows there is a jump scare coming up in this scene.

For those saying look at the ESRB rating, there is media that is PG that alludes to darker things that older people would understand vs children so the rating really does not matter much in this case.
My solution would be to essentially not expect special treatment due to your specific phobias or anxiety triggers. You will never be able to avoid these things 100% and the sooner you understand this the better you may handle these phobias and triggers.

Note: I am not a psychologist this is just from my personal experience dealing with anxiety.
