I know no one likes these. But I think these might convey useful information, if centain level of intensity is something you want to stay aware about.

I suppose it's open to interpretation though, something that is dark or disturbing may not be so to someone else so really depends how comfortable you are with such things. Honestly think I get more anxiety from raiding and using the DF than any cutscene in the game...

Yes, just not play the game is the answer. If you can't handle story that hasn't always a happy end then this game is really not for you. Even if you skip the cutscene your good bud Haurchefant will be still gone and you will still have to deal with that if you actually care. You really think SE will put in filters or any other solution for such a small amount of players who can't handle their stuff?
And that isn't even about flaming the poor guy here, if he really has health issues when he is confronted with such stuff then he shouldn't play, yeah. For his healths sake and cause the storytelling won't change and will only get darker. So if he can't handle it he should step away and not cause i don't want these filters or any solution that may help in this case, just simply because it won't change for sure and he should do what is best for his health.
As someone who also has anxiety - i know everyone has different triggers. My anxiety trigger is when i feel random pains in my body that feel off then i start to panic thinking something's happening to me. Sometimes i have massive panic attacks like the time i first had acid reflux and i completely had a body/mental shutdown because i didn't know what was happening. However, after reading your post i feel like you may be over exaggerating on some points.
Perhaps Maplestory 2 or Gaia Online would be more your speed?

Is this a troll post? Seriously though, if you can't handle some cgi and there are enough warnings on the loading screen alone, then this isn't the game for you. I wouldn't recommend Warframe either, as by your post I can determine you wouldn't be able to handle The Chains of Harrow either. Can't skip cs's in that game at all.
So you want to ruin other player's experiences because you can't handle it? I'm sorry, but no, just no.

If there are trigger warnings for everything scary or disturbing, they would have to be off by default, only showing if the player chooses to turn them on through the Accessibility options. I would only support default-on trigger warnings for the most ultra-disturbing stuff, for example in Modern Warfare 2, where (Spoiler/Disturbing, highlight to reveal) you are with a group of terrorists shooting up an airport, Columbine-style. You are given a trigger warning before that mission with the option to skip, you can skip from the main menu at any time during that mission, and there are no achievements or unlockables tied to that mission. As far as I'm aware, FF14 doesn't have any content that meets that criteria for default-on trigger warnings.
