Cannot install game on new computer: Runtime error C++

After getting a new computer, I have been having an issue installing FFXIV.

I'm keep getting same error as follows:

Runtime Error!

Programs ...SY XIV - A Realm
Reborn\Tempinstaller\ffxivinstaller.exe

abnormal program termination

I'm running Windows 10 and I've installed/repaired all of bellow:
-Microsoft Visual C++ 2008/2010/2012/2013/2015-2019
-All updates, windows updates show as "Up to date"

I've done pretty much everything I could find and yet, the same error appears. I'm running out of option and in desparate need of help.

Frustrated without being able to find answer, I just reformatted computer. Installer now works and the game is launching.
Perhaps it is Onedrive- I chose not to use Onedrive from the windows install this time.
Please look deeper into this. I saw many people with same errors not being able to reach a solution.
