Is a level skip worth it?

I said pay extra to not have a house. Will you pay extra for the pleasure to not engage in housing mechanics?

I want to keep my house without engaging in any of the mechanics as a flex

That's why my house is so empty. I've only engaged in those mechanics a few times since I got it, but I in it once a week (when the demolition timer is going on) to keep it. I'd pay money to not have to engage in the last part though
