Would you like to see a texture update?

I've seen it talked about alot on the subreddit but rarely on here. Would you like it if the devs created a high resolution texture pack or upped the resolution of certain in-game textures overall? (This topic mainly was an offshoot of a Character Customization thread on the subreddit)

Absolutely, seeing the Exarch up close in 5.3 honestly made me laugh when it was kind of a serious moment because the pixelation was so bad.

Make it an optional download if they're worried about lower spec PC's or driver space.

I'd be interested if it was optional. Might also need options about how textured you want other players to appear to avoid nasty lag in busy areas.

No, they have limited dev time and the more time they waste on this the less dungeons and MSQ we get. Remember how they reduced the dungeon by one per patch right as they announced umbrellas? Coincidence? Please think for yourself..

Different departments work on different things, the Umbrellas had nothing to do with Dungeon/Raid/MSQ content like upgrading Textures would have nothing to do with it either.

Like the mog station department works on different things to the ingame gear designers, different departments, different tasks.

The Dungeon reduction was likely due to a certain real world pandemic that led to content having to be cut, they already clarified that's had to happen.
