But i wouldn't mind to see the FFXIV design team take a similar approach to primal weapons, take a existing hilt (if it saves them time) that looks appropriate and then incorporate the primal's design into the blade in a way that's fitting. then again FFRK does have a Squall weapon that basically took a revolver hilt and attached a Lightning (FFXIII protag) type of blade onto it which looks all manner of clownshoes.

Is that an actual game? o.o like, official released by SE? Also big same, I feel like all those variants (minus the straight lionheart rip) are just perfect concepts of how gunblades should look.
