Does anybody knows how to make ironwoks gears to augmented ironworks?

Before 5.3, I bought ironworks gear. However after upgrade, everything has changed. So I cannot find where to augment my ironworks gear. I heard that someone changes that non-augmented gear to augmented gears with 100timestones. I found that, however I can't not find ironworks(120) I can only find Shire or Scaevan gear. If its like the shire gear i just bought, the augmented stuff is just on the vendors themselves now.
Oh, but if you mean the actual upgrade process.. the original ironworks is disjointed. The upgrade vendor is in Hyrstmill (In The Black Shroud > North Shroud).

The answer to your question is in the second part of my response. Go to Drake in Hyrstmill and see what you need for the upgrades, go back to Mor Dhona to get those parts and then go back to Hyrstmill.

I think you don't know about it. All the things for the upgrade has disappeard. There is Drake waiting for the upgrade, but I can't do any upgrades because there is no things. Ones that I could by with timestones have all disappeared....

How about you actually explain what your issue was in the first place then. You said you wanted to know where to upgrade them. If you said that you no longer have the required items to upgrade them and are unable to buy them from the start, then i would have redirected you to the very first thing i said; That they need to be purchased off the vendor in their augmented state.

The upgrade tokens were removed. While the upgrade vendor (Drake) still offers the trade, the items necessary cannot be bought.

It's possible the items may still drop in various raids (Binding Coils and Crystal Tower). But I haven't run any to investigate. A level 80 might be able to solo most of them to find out. If they do happen to drop, then upgrade is still possible. If they don't drop, then just have to bite the bullet and buy a new set of augmented.

Haven't run Coils to check, but the upgrade items no longer drop from the Crystal Tower raids. AFAIK you can't get the upgrade items anymore, so unless you had some upgrade items stored away there is no way to upgrade non-augmented Ironworks gear.

If anything a set of un-augmented ironworks is rare and could be coveted.

I suspect this was an oversight, as the other Poetics gears can all be upgraded. I would go to the suggestions options under systems help and let them know. Until then hang onto the gear.
