Frequent Kernel/DX11 (I think?) errors

Basically title. Played FF14 since roughly the release of Stormblood on a gaming laptop and have never had any issues, however not long ago I decided to make the switch up to a larger desktop rig. After installing the game I get a lot of errors similar to the one below:

Luckily I still have my old laptop to play on thank god, but I would really like to be able to play the game on this new rig. I've attempted fresh installs of both the game itself and windows, updating my drivers, updating my DX11 and Visual C++ redistributes, screwing around with in-game settings, underclocking my GPU, and many other methods, but none seem to work. Any help at all with this issue would be GREATLY appreciated, please find my system info below taken from the game's launcher. Thank you for reading.

Thank you for the response.
I've tried running the game without any background programs or overlays, without any of either the game seems to be stable but it's difficult to tell. The one time I did open google in the background the game did crash, but I truly hope there is a way around having to have FFXIV being the ONLY program running on my comp at all in order to play it.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Have any changes happened to the device before the issue began? We would also like to recommend several other troubleshooting steps:

1) Make sure that your hardware is not overheating and remove any overclocks you may have on your graphics card or processor. Please check that any fans or vents are clear of blocks.
2) Disable any additional programs that could cause interference with the game itself including chat programs. Also, remove any custom configurations made using graphics driver-level programs
3) Remove any mods or injectors from the game or system
4) Turn off Fullscreen Optimizations. Find the executable file for the game (normally found in the install folder), right-click it and select 'Properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, check the box labeled 'Disable Fullscreen Optimizations', then click 'Apply'.
5) Remove any unnecessary USB or audio devices (controllers, headphones, flash drives etc.)
6) Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card
7) Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything

This is so annoying, no game I have ever played has been so damn sensitive. I love this game to death but it seems every other major patch this game has so many DX errors regardless of your hardware.

No, as far as I can recall even before I upgraded this rig to its current specs listed above I've always had issues trying to play FFXIV without at least a few crashes a day.
I've attempted the steps you mentioned and nothing has helped, I am still getting DX11-related crashes after a certain amount of time playing. Are there any other suggestions you can list or am I doomed to not be able to play on this computer?

I play the game primarily in borderless fullscreen, and it crashes frequently when played with that setting toggled, yes.

Seems like most of the report d11 crashes are related to radeon video cards.

Any chance you tried using the drivers from Windows update without install official latest on amd directly or rolled back a few versions back of previous drivers to try?

Definitely I think at the technical level someone from Ff14 dev needs to verify hardware compatibility drivers with Ff14 potentially having some issues.
