I hope someone from Square Enix sees this: The NPC that starts the event in Ul Dah isn’t showing up on Ultros.

Have you done it in 2016 or 2017?
The NPC won't show up now if you already did his quest. But the one In Gold Saucer is there for the token exchanges.
