Found the legendary medal obtainment so far decent, expected annoyances with parties but found Azys Lla to be less people for the two HW area ones (this is probably going to change at prime time when ALL the areas will be busy). Only had issues with blus so far in Western Highlands

So since I don't have access to any expansion areas yet, I wont be able to get the RDM, SAM, GNB or DNC Yo Kai weapons, correct? That really doesn't seem fair. This feels like a totally rushed event, in my opinion.

Ah yes, I am in the same boat I think. Still not finished the 2.2 quests to get to HW/SB. I might get to HW around level 60 and before the event ends and have most weapons, but there is no way I will get SB to grind the final two weapons, so won't get the DNC weapon and second mount.

It is what it is. It's still fun to the stage we can do, and I don't feel bad about it.

DNC at least can get some shots in in the low level fates, SMN/WHM also works with just dots When the numbers drop down, I will be able to RDM them, a bit hard now to even get off a spell.

Not really. You have until 5.4 to get them, and that's a really long time (like three or four months)

I don't really get a lot of time to play, maybe an hour or two every couple days. Does anyone know when 5.4 is or is that still a pretty big unknown? As someone that reads every quest/watches every cutscene, I'm hoping I will have time to get all of the event stuff while enjoying the story, and not having to rush it.

The standard release schedule is three months between major patches.

Just go back to farming. Equip your Yokai Watch and get 9 normal medals for the minion. Then have the minions out while you farm fates in HW zones (for SAM and RDM medals) and SB zones (GNB and DNC).

If you threw out your watch, you can rebuy it from recompense officers.

SE: Fates scale based on people on the map, making them more difficult and allowing more people to participate.

Also SE: We've created a job that can defeat scaling and also one shot most fate bosses and enemies.

The absolute mad lads at SE did it! they're turning a new leaf, they made griefing and toxicity a mechanic. We're gonna become WoW bois.
