Server Choice?

Hey guys

I just came back to the game not too long ago, but i was originally on Mysidia. My server now seems to be... too high lvl oriented i guess? Basically Its hard for me to get exp groups even when im the one shouting to build them. So what I would love from you all is to give me a good suggestion on a server based on:

Are there exp groups being formed often or is every focusing on 50 endgame stuff?

Are there a lot of NA players or is it over run with JP like on my server?

And anything else you would like to throw in there

Sadly you will find this is the case on most MMO's, you are either forced to.

A: Find someone to power level you.
B: Solo/Duo Leves
C: Hope and Pray you can find a suitable XP party that is half way competent.
