Don't understand this new Moonfire Faire quest

Well, I should say - I understand it, but I seemed to have missed an important component somehow. Namely, the flame dance emote. I accepted the quest, went to the FATE location, but couldn't find the emote anywhere. It isn't in my inventory and I don't see it in my emote list - how do I get it? I think I missed a vendor or something?

Figured it out, in case anyone else has confusion: looks like server congestion may cause you to leave the FATE or not properly connect to it, and in that case you won't have your action bar change to the two dance actions that you need. There's no emote (I found the lead-in to the quest confusing in this regard); its an action bar thing.

Yes, for more clarification. The dance should appear on your quick bar when you sync into the event fate. Target the bomb not the shark.
