Steps:
1. be in rainy weather
2. bring out parasol items
3. notice the rain is no longer stopped visually around you and does not hit the parasols anymore as it did prior to patch 5.3.
I have viewed this bug on lowest and maximum graphic settings

please fix for RP immersion
