Unreal trials being a little bit too Unreal for no reason?

well there's nothing to say that they won't choose those in the future - as they said they'll be rotating trials in and out as time goes on. they chose shiva because they wanted to evoke the same feeling of people having to do Shiva in Eden. they thought of starting with Titan but went with Shiva. Titan has a reputation - back in the day Titan Hard Mode was pretty difficult for a lot of people and Titan Extreme even more so.

Yeah, it's basically meme content and it's going to be dead within a week or so.

A high-end extension to WT wasn't a bad idea, but the rewards are basically more work to obtain than simply getting them through WT. It would have made more sense to reward players more for doing the harder content, rather than less.

Honestly, I don't get why they didn't just increase the WT rewards and remove the ability to do them unsynced in general, with every row or column including a spectrum of difficulty tiers.

Regardless of how different EX Shiva is from E8/S Shiva I think it wasn't exactly the best idea. We had 6 months of this raid tier now, people have probably had enough of Shiva at this point.

I like the Unreal Shiva, but agree the dps check should be lessened, as it’s a punishing fight for a random party makeup.
