I don't understand how a system that (probably) randomly puts together a party can be considered "More community driven".

Lets try party,

OK fuck it, lets just PL, its faster and I can do it solo/duo.

Current setup lacks, and thus becomes anti community, at least with this we have a bigger audience, might not be problem solved, but would help and be more community driven.

Community Drive doesnt mean "will make it so you all become friends in 1 big family", means you will be doing things, as a community, not solo.

Our experiences in putting together or joining a party must be very different. I have never shouted for a party and we actually use our search feature more and more. I also have 4 fairly active Linkshells that I used to check with to find members or go join their parties.

One of my best parties lately was last weekend where I was invited from the search function and we partied for several hours getting XP, chatting and having fun. The whole time people would have to go and we would replace them using the player search. Then we ran past a guy soloing and he checked us and asked if he could join, since we were only at 7 we invited him and chatted and killed and gained 9 levels together.

When we tired of that I went back to town and answered a shout for Ifrit party and that then morphed into a Darkhold AF run. I added more people to my friends list.

Later someone who remembers running with me a few times sent me a tell asking if I would come help with AF in Cutter’s Cry and I met 4 new people and obtained one of their linkpearls.

Current system is all about community but it can take some effort.
