World merges caused lack of service

Every since the world mergers, we have been dealing with many lack of service issues ...

To name a few:

1. Uldah inn unavailable - Forces us to use more anima, gil, and play in less populated zones.
2. Causes us to waste more time to travel via the mounts. IE: 5 mins quest game play time requiring over an hour of mounted travel time due to lack of anima.
3. Unable to call retainer in Uldah market rows - we have to be consistently hunting for an open spot. Why Uldah, because that is where everyone is.
4. Server crashes - And of course, it happens on weekends, because that is when all the people have time to play the game.

This is a paid service, and it is unacceptable to have us paying for services that isn't available, due to lack of planning by the service provider.

Please provide better service, add more servers, give us in-game compensation due to the lack of services, or refund portion of our monthly fee until these issues are fixed that started to happen since the world merges.
