Having issues turning in Skybuilder items

I'm unsure if its because I got in late or what but



I have the item but It says I don't. I'm new to the diadem and skybuilder stuff so I'm unsure if I did something wrong.

Your item shows a Collectability rating of 1. If you check with Potkin, it show the minimum required rating is 50, with better rewards earned at higher rating levels.

If you haven't worked with Collectables before, you gain rating the same way you increase quality on normal items.

The problem is that your item only has a Collectability of 1 - thats not enough to turn it in. It needs to have at least a Collectability of 50 to be turned in - in order to reach that you have to increase the Quality during your craft by using "Touch"-actions ("Basic Touch" being the most, well, basic one). You dont want to just finish the synthesis, but also increase that quality - the more, the better since your reward will increase if you go above 50.

ah thank you, i've not worked with collectibles before so that was what I was doing wrong.
