I think most achievements, including quest progression/content unlock, titles, and non-purchasable/tradable gears/glamours, mounts, minions, bardings, orchestrion rolls, fashion accessories, and triple triad cards should remain character-bound.
Oh I disagree with this completely. People with just one toon can earn a mount and proudly display it. I on the other hand play 7 alts why can I not display my mount that I earned just as much as you did on my alt? I'm not asking for anything that I did not earn. There are titles I will never get because I play 7 alts. For example I have enough comm between all my alts to get titles but I'll never get them because they are spread out between 7 alts. Why I do not have access to these titles is unfair. I earned them just as much as anyone else.

There are several reason's I play alts one is because I like to experience the game in so many way's RP, and I want to lock away my names as well. If I use a name change token I could lose my name that I have played with going all the way back to the UO days. I would HATE to lose my name, and EricGorn would NEVER hold a bow. EVER.

I just want things to be more balance. I think GW2 is killing it in that aspect.
