Good find. This could be one of those things where instead of going to Garlemald proper 6.0 will be all about its colonies. What we've seen of Garlemald is not something I'd personally make an expansion around. Metal junk buildings and snow.
Compare Garlemald to Terncliff and I'd definitely rather be there than in Garlemald. This could be the first expansion where we get 3 new city states (if you count places like Eulmore as a city state).
I also noticed how the townspeople there are wearing clothing made specifically for them, nothing re-used from what we can wear (maybe a few pants here and there).
