Unfortunately, side quests can be scattered all over the place so having the teleport log list levels won't be much help when the quests for your level are few and in an isolated spot.

Checking your journal for completed MSQ for the level you seek would help you without resorting to an outside source. Most of the places you visit are mentioned and they're usually the same places that have side quests at that level.
