I love seeing newbie reactions to Calcabrina as wellI always joke about it, but playing Alice: Madness Returns back in the day was somewhat of a vaccine for disturbing imagery in games for me. That game had some seriously messed up visuals, so every time something like this happens (I love seeing first timers reacting to Calcabrina in Antitower) I just remember MR.

And I laughed my ass off at a new BLM in Bunker after the ball phase where they just went "Ew"
I see funnier reactions to Ruby Weapon, honestly. Had a first timer screaming in horror, it was great.
It's not, because PG-13 is an MPAA rating, not ESRB. It's rated T, because ESRB only has E (Everyone), E10+ (Everyone 10 and up), T (Teen), M (Mature), and AO (Adults Only), and none of the content qualifies for M (though some of it comes close)I never understood why FFXIV has only PG-13 for the US market but PEGI 16 for Europe. I feel Europes age rating would be more appropriate.
Anyway this smells like a troll post, they wont pixelate anything, just get carried for last boss or dont go the dungeon, whatever.
A giant sexy girl made of twitching white-drenched lewd sex dolls? It would be my fetish if they were muscular hot men instead forming a bigger more handsome hunk.
My only disturbances with the final boss are:
1) The middle of fight cutscene so long that I lose greased lightning. (Seriously Square, stop doing this.)
2) The one android in her backside that makes it look like she's taking a white poop... but it's stuck.
