Random Crashes and freezes (Fatal directX error 11000002)

Hello, sorry if the text is a bit confusing, english is not my native language
I started getting 3 types of error after I got about 10 levels in 1 second doing Ishgard restoration turn-ins.

One of them is the error code that is in the title (Fatal DirectX Error 11000002)

Other times the game simply freezes with the sound repeating and crashes to desktop without any error codes

And lastly sometimes the game simply causes my pc to crash as a whole, needing to hard-reset

I tried a lot of fixes such as:
-Reinstalling the game (deleting all files manually also)
-Using older drivers and updating the drivers on my GPU
-Underclocking my gpu using MSIafterburner
-Disabling any program running along with the game
-Frame capping the game at 59 fps
-Switching between fullscreen, windowed and borderless windowed
-Going to directx 9 (the game gets crazy, frame drops a lot and freezes without crash sometimes in populated areas)

Some details about the crashes:
-Does not matter if I am at a crowed or empty place
-Can happen after 5 minutes playing or after hours
-Can happen after I just turned on my pc or not

Also, I don't know if it has something to do with it, but sometimes ingame a message saying that "Failed to save hotbar configurations for this character" or something simillar appears.

To finish, I tried to send a private message to squareenix but their "contact us" page dosen't seem to accept my sysyem information format

Any help will be much appreciated, I am tired of playing waiting for a crash to happen.

Normally I play with chrome open, I don't have any overlays including steam and Nvidia

It just happened today again, the screen freezes and then the whole pc freezes.

Please try any of the following:

-Disable Full Screen Optimizations. To disable this, please find the "ffxiv_dx11.exe" and right click it and select properties. Then under the compatibility tab there will be a check box labeled "Disable Full Screen Optimizations". Check it and click apply.

-Make sure that any anti-virus software you have has the appropriate exceptions for Final Fantasy XIV

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Have any changes happened to the device before the issue began? We would also like to recommend several other troubleshooting steps:

1) Make sure that your hardware is not overheating and remove any overclocks you may have on your graphics card or processor. Please check that any fans or vents are clear of blocks.
2) Disable any additional programs that could cause interference with the game itself including chat programs. Also, remove any custom configurations made using graphics driver-level programs
3) Remove any mods or injectors from the game or system
4) Remove any unnecessary USB or audio devices (controllers, headphones, flash drives etc.)
5) Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card
6) Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything

No changes have been made to the device
1) I've checked the temperatures and fans, they are all good
2) Also didn't change anything
3) I don't use any mod
4) Even without any USB (except my keyboard and mouse) it still crashes
5) Already did that before, done again and still crashes
6) I tried that and still froze the pc during gameplay
