HELP! Random fps drops which never happen before.

Before I could play FFXIV smoothly with no FPS drops but randomly my fps go to 4-30 fps in-combat sometimes, my fps would go back to normal 1-3 mins and would happen again later. I even try playing at 60hz but I still get the issue. I play at 1920 x 1080 at 144hz with an uncapped fps limit. I know my system can run this game fine because I didn't have any issue in the past (before 5.0) but now I do. Not sure if was FFXIV update/setting or my dumb system. Other games that I play/used to play that are more demanding then FFXIV and I don't get random 4-30 fps drops. I literally did a benchmark of FFXIV.

There's a part where the fps drops to 15 and it's in the boss room. My fps goes to normal after like 30 sec to 1 min


Yes, I did disable all overlays like Geforce Experience, XGB, Discord, etc.
Windows and Drivers up to date also tried Restarting my System
Yes, using Directx 11 and Battery is set to "Performance"
I did set the game to "Set Priority - High", didn't fix the issue
No, it isn't any background applications
I did overclock my pc but still get this issue
Yes, my Preferred graphics processor is set to "High-performance NVIDIA processor"
No, it isn't anywhere pacific in FFXIV where I get this issue
No, I'm not willing to play anything lower than 1920x1080
I tried every graphic setting in FFXIV and still get this issue
I did uninstall and reinstalling FFXIV, which didn't work. Also did a factory reset to my PC, still have this issue.
I did clean my fans.
I don't think is my pc overheating because it never has happened in 2 years.


I tried a lot of things even some that I didn't listen and I'm just looking for an answer or solution.

Unfortunately, the device information in the provided System Report does indicate that the device being used does not meet the minimum specifications required to play FINAL FANTASY XIV most notably the Intel(R) HD Graphics Family chipset. We do not support Intel graphics cards for FINAL FANTASY XIV. However, I did notice there is an NVIDIA device that is not listed as the primary graphics card. This suggests that you may be running NVIDIA Optimus which controls whether your system utilizes the base Intel card or the NVIDIA card to conserve battery power. Please try disabling NVIDIA Optimus and see if the error persists. For instructions on how to force the NVIDIA card to be enabled or to disable Optimus, please contact NVIDIA Support.
