Crashed on a Fresh character.

I've been trying to get the problem resolved, login on 2 characters has been rendered impossible, as I spent what few minutes I was able on a 3rd replying to a support ticket I experienced another crash.
At this point I'm under a few impressions:

1) Moving from Gridania/Limsa/Uldah to any zone connecting such as central shroud causes the crash.
2) I have to reinstall the game.. (please.. no)
3) My absence for roughly a year, with a few 'just hopping on' logins somehow flagged my characters as gold farmers (Not sure how likely given I spent a good deal of time in Shadowbringers content and a few Stormblood zones.

Case 1 is seeming the most likely culprit, a mix of 2 wherein files may have corrupted, not sure how.. But I'm going to be reinstalling and praying for good results..

Could you try deleting the locally saved content (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV) ?
