What are some things from other MMOs or games in general that you wish were in FFXIV?

This game has alot of good things but it could do alot of things better. What do you think would be good features or systems from other games that FFXIV could implement to make it more interesting? I made a similar thread on reddit and a commonly asked for feature was an upgrade to the glamour system and a Mythic + equivalent. Mine would be a better transmog system aswell. what are your thoughts? Would appreciate responses.

A greater choice in regards to which individuals and factions that our character seeks to support and align themselves with.

A darker playable job along the lines of Necromancer from Elder Scrolls Online or Demon Hunter/Death Knight/Warlock from World of Warcraft.

More boldness in regards to consequences in the story instead of things wrapping up in a neat little bow at every turn.

Actual "MMO" game systems?

ESO lets you dye different parts of your gear separately (like being able to make a cape a different color from the armor) so I'd like that for more appearance options here. Also that game lets you do free teleports between the centers that would be equivalent to the large aethercyte crystals. This would have been especially handy in Stormblood when the quests took you back and forth between Othard and Gry Abania.

Apart from that, I would also want achievements from events to be account-wide. I don't love missing options from seasonal events the few times I've started new characters to play through the game with a new friend.
