    What's this dress in the patch notes?


    The red on on the Viera mannequin. The style is sort of similar to the Neo-Ishgardian pieces, but none of those tops seems to match. Doesn't seem like any new item from this patch either.

    Its the Neo Ishgarder Top of Healing. That one has the matching top with the exposed shoulders.

    Ahh, it has a different look for females and the icon reflects the male look. Garland Data does not have 3D for it yet, and XIV Style is a bit out of date so does not list those items. No wonder I didn't find it. Thanks!
