    I vote just testing with MH vs. OH, it is usually a noticable difference in success rates and quality/progress gain per attempt. Its easy enough to figure out this way if a recipe is of the Craftmanship or Magic Craftsmanship type. From there stack the appropriate thing.

    I totally agree, but for now we just gotta figure it out ourselves.

    On abilities: I have a feeling they are going to do what they did to battle classes and give crafters less abilities but more powerful ones (along the lines of Perfection/Hand of the Gods... although I think HotG is insanely OP). It would feel a lot better with more "guaranteed effect" abilities like that, of course they would be tailored to the new system.
