スレッド: QoL Improvement on angler's canvas

I just completed my fishing log after a couple months of hardcore fishing.
I am currently in a position where I have 2 retainers full of fish, and I don't want to throw them away, because maybe one day I will want to put them on a canvas, and I certainly do not want to try catching any of them again!

So I am thinking...wouldn't it be better if we could simply print the canvas from the fishing log instead of having to have the fish in our inventory?

I can understand that you would need the fish in your inventory to put it in aquariums, but for the canvas, I think it would be cool to remove this restriction.

In my opinion, it would be a nice little reward for fishers who completed their logs, and it would not impact any market or anything.

I don't think it's too much to ask for at all. The log is literally already there, they just need to add the capability of selecting the print image on the fish's entry and putting it into a canvas you have in your inventory when putting the picture in your house. The only reason they didn't do this is because they wanted to add the usual "something to sell on the MB" crap to the feature, which quite frankly, I disagree with. If you haven't caught the fish, you have no right to display proof of its capture in your house. At least SE seems to agree with this opinion when it comes to the big blues, which they made untradeable I assume for this exact reason. Too bad Elasmosaurus is the only one who's print image is actually clear and not so blurry that you can't even tell what you're looking at.
