Checking the Status of a Game Data Recovery Request

I submitted a game data recovery request about 2 weeks ago (and received an email response that it had been received and escalated). However, the form stated that it should take 7-10 days, and nothing has happened yet, so is there any place I can go to get a status?

I obviously don't want to play any of the new patch since anything I get will likely get rolled back, but I also don't want to continue to pay my subscription and not be able to play, so I'm not sure what to do at this point.

How long did it end up taking you

Don't think you can get a response by posting in the forums.

Double check the date you submitted the request. When someone in my FC went through it in March, it ended up a total of 3 weeks before it was done (2 weeks while access to her account was restored plus another week before they did the character reset).

Sorry you're stuck waiting when there's new content waiting to get done.
