This, even if you don't intend on getting every relic to the end stage. If you have each quest active for a different job, you can collect all the memories, and then when you're at the right stage for the job you want to progress, you abandon the quest and pick it up again for the job you want and immediately hand in the memories.

You can also stock up on the memories and artifacts as long as you don't turn in the quest.
