Ah, fair enough...I only got married with the Platinum one, and even that was gifted to me so I never really looked at them myself.

Yea it is from E4S savage, they have been very generous with the 4 seaters so far.

You most probably get it with the last rep-quest.
GarlandTools already shows where you get the whistle from.

God, I wonder what that mount is gonna look like.
Do you think they'll carry you around on their little back?
Maybe they craft some kind of rickshaw they pull you around in.
