We apologize for the delay in our response to your concern. When did this start happening? Do you recall anything changing/updating on your PC that coincides with this? What have you done so far in order to alleviate the issue? Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
