I have been in contact with my ISP trying to understand and resolve this situation. I screen captured my TraceRT at two times for comparison: 12 midnight and 5:30pm when the latency/packet loss really starts to make the game unplayable. It typically ramps up and gets worse as the evening proceeds: with constant 90006 errors. It is so bad I can't even -fish-

I really need to get feedback here.

Ports have been opened.
IE has been cleansed and refreshed.
ISP reset my connection.

I am able to play GuildWars2 at the same time the latency is occuring, which leads me to believe the issue is SquareEnix or some external factor beyond both my ISP and Square. But if that is the case, why am I experiencing this when nobody in my FC is, even people in the same location.
