Moving dialogue bubble during cutscenes?

Heya,

I designed a UI layout with 100% UI scaling and i have put the dialogue bubble outside of cutscenes at 160% size.

It works perfectly fine outside of cutscenes, but during cutscenes about 1/3'th of the bubble is falling of the screen. If i put it at 140% size it falls slightly less of the screen.

I just want to move it up a little bit but for the life of me i can't find a solution for this problem, while adjusting it outside of cutscenes is easy breezy.

I also tried with 150% ui scaling and it pretty much has the same problem. Maybe a bit less of the screen. But 150% UI scaling isn't really an option since all those nameplates become way to big for my screen then and i don't think you can resize those, or i haven't found it yet.

So basically the question is: How do i change the location of the dialogue bubble during cutscenes?

I hope it's possible since it's pretty annoying

If, by 'dialogue bubble', you mean that box of text you see at the lower-center screen, you can move it by clicking on the box of text and dragging it around. Make it too big and you'll start obscuring the cut scene, of course.

yes i mean that bubble, i can move it and resize it all i want OUT of cutscenes, but inside cutscenes it has a life of it's own and doesn't have those options. If i do any mouse action (right/left click and drag etc..) on the bubble inside the cutscene it just progresses to the next lines of dialogue.

For example if i place the bubble outside of the cutscenes on the top of the screen, that works perfectly fine. but inside a cutscene it's back on the lower part of the screen almost falling off the screen again. Almost as if it's somehow locked on a special setting of sorts which i can't find yet.

I just only want to move it a little bit more up during cutscenes.
