PLD Job quest

For some reason i can't flag the PLD job quest "Paladin's Pledge". I have gladiator at 30 and conjurer at 15. Am i missing something?

I know a lot of quests are locked to you if you haven't progressed your main city quest line past a certain point, I suggest doing your many city quest line and trying again.. do them until they no longer appear and it should open to you

Wasn't having MRD at a certain level also required? You can use both CNJ and MRD skills as PLD, so that would make sense.

No, you only need GLA30 and CNJ15. The second class you can pull abilities from isn't represented anywhere really.

Were you actually on Gladiator when you tried to accept the quest? I know for anything after the first you have to be on the specific job before talking to the person, but I can't remember off hand if you had to be on the proper class to activate the first job quest.

I didn't know most quests are locked because i didn't finish my main city quests. I guess i will have to finish them, thanks for the info.

I'm sure this has been solved but I want to leave this info here incase someone like me gets stuck and finds like thread via search.. Don't bother with Jenlyns til you speak to the Lala behind the counter at the Colosseum then talk to Jenlyns.. Spent most of the night trying to Flag it at the wrong npc as via the info on some pages.. I hope I saved at least one person a headache
