No longer possible to augment base Ironworks Gear?

I literally just joined these forums to complain about this. It's no longer possible to augment Ironworks gear and frankly I think that's unacceptable. They need to add a similar upgrade as with everything else.

I know Ironworks gear is only useful through Heavensward-ish but keep in mind that the augmented gear is easily dyeable and the base gear is not.

But you can still get Augmented Ironworks gear. In fact it's easier than ever.
You make it sound like you're upset that Agmented Ironworks was taken out of the game which simply isn't the case.
