Augmented Ironworks

What do you do with the Ironworks gear you got that's not upgraded yet after the patch since the upgrade items you need to upgrade normal ironworks won't drop or sold anymore?

I'm not in game to provide a correct answer, but I'm pretty sure you can now pay some poetics to have your gear augmented.

You can do that with Shire gear and Scaevan gear according to the patch notes. No mention in the patch notes about Ironworks gear, and I haven't found such an option at the vendors

If you already have the upgrade items, you can still upgrade Ironworks gear to Augmented Ironworks.
Otherwise, if you have some non-Augmented Ironworks gear I think your options right now is to use it until you can get something better, or trade it to your GC for GC seals.

With some luck SE will notice they missed something here and add some other option.

I think the patch notes said something about exchanging it at the calamity salvager. Check patch notes.

Based on the convo my FC was having yesterday, Ironworks stuff can be found at the Calamity Salvager.

Not from what I can see. Patch notes mention nothing at all about Ironworks gear.
Calamity Salvager does not seem to have any option for exchanging non-augmented Ironworks gear into Augmented Ironworks gear.
The Calamity Salvage does have such an option for Shire gear and Scaevan gear, and this was mentioned in the patch notes - but not for Ironworks gear.

I have the same problem, I just want to upgrade it to dye it, and I don't want to have to spend more poetics than I need to. Hopefully they fix it in a patch.
