    game crashing every time i get into heroes gauntlet

    my game will go to a black loading screen every time i queue into the new shb instance, heroes' gauntlet. then the game crashes. when i try to reload into the instance, the game goes to the beginning loading screen then just crashes again.

    solutions? i'm currently reinstalling the entire game since i couldnt seem to find a repair option.

    To prevent repeating previously attempted troubleshooting, what have you tried to alleviate the problem? Does this crash happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
