    Unable to complete vesion check. [30410] [30607] [20457] [404]

I keep getting this error message, and I've tried everything.

Picture of the error message: https://gyazo.com/d434ea6bc16e0d68af95b3908ee1ef8c

    Things I have tried:
    - Fixing settings in Internet Explorer
    - Turning of anit-virus
    - Turning off firewall
    - Changing to mobile hotspot
    - Running as admin
    - Editing FFXIV_BOOT
    - Using the registry editor
    - Connecting directly to the router

I'm not sure what else I can do at this point. I can try to re-install the game, but I have read that it doesn't always work. I dont want to take the risk unless absolutely necessary.

I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me.

    EDIT: Problem fixed

I found no other way to fix the problem, so I decided to re-install the game. This luckily seems to have worked.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    - Check to see if the following port ranges are opened on your router. You can contact your ISP and request they open them for you:
    ▼TCP
    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040

-Try disabling background applications and do a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the “Start up” tab. Disable everything and then restart the PC.

I tried disabling background applications, but that didn't work. I can't get in contact with my ISP at the moment, and it's starting to get late. I will post an update if i get in contact with them tomorrow.

I tried opening the ports, but it still doesn't work. I got in contact with cosutmer support and was told to open some more ports, but that didn't work either. I think i'll just try reinstalling the game. I will update you when I'm done.
