Compared to most games? That are free? Well obviously. HOwever lets look at other subscription based games.

Wait are you serious? This has to be an entitlement thing because, based on the data provided, SE is still $1 less with two characters than their primary counterparts. Nobody is "screwing" anybody.

Also, as a sidenote, I don't know if the idea of multiple characters works with this game primarily because the armory system is based on having a flexible character. Yes, different setups will work for most fights. But, from a time management standpoint, one versatile character is going to be better than multiple characters. There is no need (aside from personal preference which I do not discount) for a character for DoW and one for DoM.

No, "compared to most games" that you PAY for. >.> I wasn't talking about free games at all.

XIV is only on a discount for now, but I was speaking of the cost of extra characters.. where most games have no extra cost per character.

I have 4 accounts, two for me and two for my two kids. At $9.99 it's really not that bad. Sub out one meal a month for instant ramen and bam, it's paid for.
