It seems like something happened to him, judging by the third one

On Elidibus's Nature:

Elidibus is a primal. Okay, that makes sense. He was basically tempering the people of Norvrandt in 5.2, making them think and act like warriors of light, after they saw a starshower.
And ... wait a minute. There have been theories going around forever that we are immune to tempering because Hydaelyn got us first. But what if Elidibus got to us first? We did, after all, first start acting like the Warrior of Light right at the beginning of the game, after seeing a star shower...

And On His Actions:

However you look at things, this was not a victory. We slew hundreds of heroes from different worlds; likely leading to even greater loss of life and a much freer hand for the remaining Ascians. It's possible that was his real goal; he just wanted to make sure we were strong enough to 'kill' him (along with the very strongest of these heroes) and then make the standard Ascian escape.
Even more terrifyingly, while it seems like he didn't know the Crystal Tower could end him, it's possible he knows more than G'raha does, and that Elidibus is now in full control of the tower.
Alternatively, it's also entirely possible that Elidibus knew everything, and wanted to die - but couldn't achieve it any other way. Making things even more tragic.

If I remember things correctly

He said he did not summon them whole, he had no need to. So they were more like shades of the WoL from different worlds and not the actual WoL themselves. That's how I understood it anyway. So we likely didn't actually slay them, more likely just an aetheric imprint or shadow of them. I could be wrong, but that is how I understood it.

How you understand it is exactly how it was. Elidibus stated that explicitly.

The WoL's from the other shards were in fact shades. Not the actual heroes.

So a lot of Npcs have updated

-Scions in Rising stones and extra room
-Unikalhai
-Role quest Npcs (Culpa included)
-Crysterium named Npcs
-anyone you say bye to
-Viera sisters who govern Fanow(Whm one is leaving to go to Crysterium)
-Bae Lugg is in Cabinet of Curiosity
-Master Matoya
-Rammbroes click crumpled report option

-Magnai hasn't but what he says with what we know just makes me want to rub it in XD

There may be others I couldn't find Lyse, City leaders still barred from seeing

Got a location for Granson? I can't seem to find him after finishing his questline, he's not in the Crystarium, or at least not at his usual location.
