If that was before 5.3 then honestly then Yoshi-P should have known better how bad Dark Knight is with its self sustain(or lack-thereof) as well as how bad its MP costs and long recast timers and how bad Blood Weapon is and he needs to tell the other devs to rework Dark Knight into something that doesn't suck in terms of a DPS rotation as well as self sustain and has better cooldowns outside of "ThE bLaCkEsT nIgHt Is ThE bEsT cOoLdOwN HERPA-DERP!" because The Blackest Night sucks.it was some interview around the time of the live reading of the patch notes or the prelim notes.

well this thread's proposed changes might lead to potency adjustments due to the fact that DRK would be generating more resource with a lower cooldown CnS, 2 abyssal charges, an extra quietus/bloodspiller every 90 secs from Salted, and Stalwart being moved to lv 40, but the DPS gain wouldn't be too bad, seeing as how DRK is the lowest in terms of DPS atm. i think that DRK could, and SHOULD, have had these changes since at least 5.2, seeing as how its been in a state of total chaos for the last year, but I think that may stem from something bigger..
The lack of a dedicated Tank (and healer) developer. atm there are only 4 battle system devs, and those devs have openly stated that they prefer to play DPS and don't like playing tanks or healers. why hasn't square hired at least one dev for each of the 2 roles? I think that is the biggest problem that's plaguing both tank and healer design.
That's my hope as well.
