The majority of your attacks are on the GCD though, so it would not feel good for many specs, particularly Warrior who is almost entirely on the GCD.

Yeah but that's not something that's in stone.
They could change that up if they wanted to.
At the very least they could add more oGCD actions that relate to the meter and the job gimmick.
