Open servers and patch early request

Anyone serious about gear upgrades doesn't need to do Neir for those coins. They can spam A train hunts all week long for nuts which will give the same upgrades.

I didn't say that? I was just simply stating that SE never opens servers earlier than the weekly reset for any of the patches they do.
