You can make macros for targeting (direct targeting of role, last person targeted, closest person target, focustarget target, target of target/assist, targeting PC with specific name etc.), you can circle through enemies fast and change if its by depth or cone method, camera adjustment to the enemy you want to target helps too. I feel like it is not much different to other mmo and not thaat big issue.

Feast needs new maps badly(we already have 4 and only can play 1 since years) and suitable more skills for it, start by making optional additionals -> basic skills and replace that variety/picking skills part with your trait menu from 2.x -3.x times on job skills. Change potions into recuperate for all(its animation is faster and doesnt clip gcd like potions) and make it heal a set HP value like 6k but only make it useable every 45s or 1min. Having to spam potions during a burst is the worst feeling ever, you cant optimally wait out the burst either to snapshot the low HP threshold for the max potency condition of the potion.
