All below is my personal opinion.
Community wise:
Feast - don't join any discords which you got offered, any whispers with "please join XYZ, they will help you improve" means trap, this will end badly for you. Just play your game and have fun. If you really need help, maybe try here in forum. Moderators will make sure you ain't gonna get hurt by some "elitists". Also ingame Ignore/Block function is your best friend for healthy mind and sanity.
RW - amazing community, amazing people around it. Cannot say more, wish feast had it too.
Gameplay wise (as I played DRK, DRG, WHM, SMN):
Tank doesn't feel like a typical "holy triangle" tank, more like a single CC filler with some defensive capabilities. Using your CC in wrong time rends you almost useless, depends on your defence toolkit.
As much as melee dps is more or less balanced (excluding DRG which, as far as I saw in patch notes - still outclass for miles other once), ranged have big differences. In both - balance is a problem. While being a good NIN require A LOT of training and forward planning, being a good DRG doesn't really require such time investment due to how this job got build for pvp. "Good" and "Top tier" difference still apply, on every job there are talented people who make impossible a possible.
Healers require extremely good mechanics knowledge, and lots of experience to be competitive, I could say that healer is hardest job to play in PvP due to amount of micro- and macro-managment.
