Got Stuck in Heaven-on-High

I was running Heaven-on-High solo, both for the achievement and for the mount (need 1 more clear to finish). I was on Floor 43 and I went to turn a corner into a room and my character got stuck, unable to move from the spot or jump out of it. Without Teleport or Return to work with, I disconnected and reconnected, thinking it would get me unstuck. It did, but instead of reloading me into the instance, it kicked me out and treated it as a K.O. and ended my run after 2 1/2 hrs of wasted progress.

If possible, could progress be reverted to at least floor 40 so I can continue up the tower without having to restart again from floor 1?

If the character is till stuck, could you try deleting the locally saved content (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy)?

That was on Sunday. I already ended up getting booted from Heaven On High and it treated it as if I died at floor 43.
