Can we get a delete character appearance option?

Quick look and I see in my Win10 User folder:

• C:\Users\<WINDOWS_USER_ACCOUNT_NAME>\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn

FFXIV_CHARA_01.dat
And 14 more of these, using the sequential number after the "CHARA_" part of the file name.
I happen to have 15 saved Character Appearance on my computer, so I would say these are it.

Just checked mine, and the numbers are 1,2,3,4,12, so they don't have to be sequential. I'd remove one and see what happens, but can't right now. I only have one character, so I assume these are glamours, since I have few of them. I'm not aware of any other saved character appearances.)
