Playguide pop-up?

So I recently got the game on PC and its great (compared to ps4). However everytime I log in I get this pop up that always ask me if I want to have the "Mogstation" open up in my web browser. I have to tell it "NO" every single time I log in to my game/character.

Is there a way to turn this off?

This doesn't happen on PS4 btw only on the PC version.

It should be in Character Configuration.
